Has it really been such a short time that Colin Farrell has been a well-known actor, that Cordy wouldn't have heard of him while she was comatose? How long ago were Daredevil and Phonebooth, anyway? I know what ME was trying for, but even so I was surprised by Cordelia's reaction to Lorne's mention of Colin Farrell. The timing just doesn't seem right. Clairel

I don't have a face to go with the name. Sort of the antithesis of that "ashton kootcher" or whatever his name is, who to me will always be "dipshit from that 70's show". Then again, you're talking to a guy who knows that there were two Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon series, that Jaleel White did the voices of Sonic on both, and who actually remembers who Jaleel White is! Peace Out, - Xavier Sloane.

I didn't question it, I thought it was funny. ~Kathy

Hart's War was where he got publicly known, but Tigerland (absolutley amazing, critically acclaimed and seen by no one) was when the industry declared him the next It-boy. For once, they got it right.

I just had a feeling that the movies which made him a star (The Recruit, Daredevil, and Phonebooth) were longer ago than they really were. Evidently "famous" means different things to different people. Last time Lorne dropped a famous name, that of Judi Dench, I was shocked by the number of people who either didn't know her work at all or knew her only as "M" from the Brosnan Bond movies. I would still like to know why nobody on this newsgroup took an interest in "Iris" and "Mrs. Brown." Too busy with Sonic the Hedgehog, I guess. Clairel
