So I'm not a johnny come lately, but I have to say the last 1 1/2 seasons of Angel have been so Unbareably bad that I want them to kill it before it gets any worse. Angel Season 1 was good, season 2 and 3 were really good, the first 1/2 of Season 4 was absolutely fantastic, and then it went downhill from there, never to recover, and this season is just pitiful. I would rather have them kill it now, while I still have fond memories of the first 3 1/2 years, and the characters somewhat reckognizable than drag it on for another season, when clearly the writers and everyone involved seem to have lost interest in the show.

So yeah, I say run the show into the ground, give me 6 more season if you must. Better that then the alternative of "girl hearing voices" shows (JoA, TC, WF) that are all the rage right now or the various Law & Order/CSI spin-offs (not that there's anything wrong with those shows, it's just that I like Angel and I would like to see it run indefinetily for the time being). They already took off Star Trek Voyager/DS9 and replaced them with Enterprise which i hate and dont even bother watching.. Friends is on its least season here in aust at the moment - Ally's been canned as far as Sci Fi and normal shows go there is NOTHING DECENT to watch anymore.. its all gone heads up all the decent ones for some reason end up getting canned early.

I don't understand your reasoning at all; why would you want them to kill it, when there are still so many people who enjoy it? If you no longer do, that's fine; no one is forcing you to watch it. But don't you think it's a little bit selfish to wish nobody is able to watch, just because you don't like it anymore? Sandra
