There isn't really any spoilers here, I don't think, but a lot of people have theorized that something was done to Gunn last season and there's a lot of fanfic where it's mentioned. But here's a reason why not to do. One of the former writers mentioned he thought that Angel could last two more years with W&H stories. If that's the case then Gunn shouldn't have had anything done to them because if it's discovered then if AI had any sense they'd burn W&H to the ground. Just an opinion mind you. JLB

Big changes for Gunn but it could end up working to Angel's benefit. This could be a very interesting season indeed. Kim Nix

Gunn may now know everything there is to know about California law, but that doesn't make him a lawyer, or give him the right to practice law in California.

Who would doubt that Gunn was a lawyer the way he presented himself in court.

Probably any Judge or prosecutor who wondered where he came from having never seen him before. He didn't exactly win that case you know. At best it would be a mistrial and the case would be retried. You can bet the first thing that Judge did was check on his credentials.

I would see no reason to check gunns creds. The way he presented himself should leave no doubt that he was a lawyer.

If they didn't check credentials on new attorneys, anyone could present him or herself as an attorney.

You'd think at some point someone would have seen through part of their carade and done some checking up on them and their lawyers, if nothing else one of the lawyers working against them in a case (isn't it normal to do a background check on not only your clients, and the other sides clients but the attorny as well? To try and discount them from the case especially if your trying to stall) Either they have been up against some really crappy lawyers the whole time or W & H has been doing even more memory wipes if they find out something that they shouldn't.
