Does the Council have a group policy. I don't know if Rona is 18 yet, but it seems like any of the girls in the hospital who are still minors would have to be released to Social Services since Buffy isn't their guardian. Buffy or one of the Scoobies probably had to sign as the person responsible for payment of the hospital bills. I doubt any medical coverage she has through the school covers SITs. Seems like they should have tried to get Molly to the hospital too. Her wound didn't seem any more serious than Shannon's.

This is not an exaggeration. The worst attempt at Cockney since Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins. Dru's accent is almost as bad, but somehow adds to the sense that's she's a fruitcake.

As an illustration, here is part of a post I made on the UK Buffy group in a review of "Potential": "None of the Potentials died. This was very disappointing. It looked promising when she locked them in with a vampire, but unfortunately she forgot to disarm them first and was distracted before she could fill the room with teargas."
