1996-08-12 00:00:00 - Happy Birthday, Bruce Greenwood! - (Bev Keddy <nstn1173@fox.nstn.ca>)

Today is Bruce's 40th birthday. I'm sure it would be a happier birthday if NwM were still in production, but I guess you can't have everything. And, Larry, apparently you are now attached to the _Dark Skies_ series on NBC. Do you want to give us some details on the show? Are you excited about it? Plan to work in any cigars, breaking glass or any other interesting themes into the show? Any updates at all on any NwM tv movies? Once again, Happy Birthday, Bruce. ====================================================================== Bev Keddy Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada Email:nstn1173@fox.nstn.ca Don't forget to ask me about Toastmasters sometime. It's a great organization! ======================================================================

In article <4uov4r$p4s@news2.h1.usa.pipeline.com>, vic33@usa.pipeline.co says... If you want information on Toastmasters, please send me private email. It's an organization designed to help people overcome their fear of public speaking. I don't want to waste any more bandwidth than I already have. Send email to: nstn1173@fox.nstn.ca "Making toast" indeed! Sheesh!

PuddinTame is a serial rapist, in which he forces himself upon different kinds of cereal without their consent. He prefers Cheerios, for obvious reasons. Then, he "paints" his "victims" very dark, and yearningly points to the sky. Thus, "Dark Skies". Or maybe you're talking about the NBC version. That one is a "X-Files"/"The Invaders"-type ripoff. Part of the sci-fi (for lack of a better term) block on Saturday nights, including "The Pretender" and "Profiler". Or is it, "THE Profiler" I don't know recall if it has a "The" in the title.
