2001-10-19 06:14:43+00:00 - Fabric of Time - and the men in blue - (Mike Brewer <mbrewer83@home.com>)

There was an episode where a couple got stuck 'between time' and was unable to get back. A guide appeared and they watched men in blue dismantle the 'old' time and begin constructing a new time segment, a stage that duplicated the early one - that was going to be used for one minute. An entire series of these 'stages' were continually under construction - duplicates down to the tiniest detail but slightly more worn. Reality jumped from one 'time' stage to the next every minute. But sometimes the men in blue screwed up and would leave something out of a time segment. That is why, when I can't find my keys in the usual place and I go look elsewhere, I can usually come back where I have all ready searched, (about a minute later) and find them. Anyone know where I can get a copy of that show? My wife doesn't believe this is really happening.

I don't know where you can get one, but it isn't OL, but one of the episodes of the rejuvenated Twilight Zone that ran briefly in the 1980s.
