I don't know if it is just my television or my VCR, but I think that that the TNT "Outer Limits" needs restoration. I've noticed that during Friday's showing of one of the series' best episodes, "Don't Open Till Doomsday," the screen was flickering at the top. This also happened during another classic show, "A Feasibility Study." Also, I've noticed that the overall sound quality and picture of "The Bellero Shield" needs total restoration. Has anyone else noticed these flaws, or is it just my television set? Why didn't these terrible flaws occur during the AWFUL episodes like "Tourist Attraction", "Production and Decay of Strange Particles", "Behold, Eck!", "Expanding Human", "Counterweight", and all of the episodes from the second season (which were all clunkers, because the great Joseph Stefano was gone!)? Dave... who would rather watch "Outer Limits" than "Lois And Clark"--SHAME ON TNT! -------------------==== Posted via Deja News ====----------------------- http://www.dejanews.com/ Search, Read, Post to Usenet

I recorded all these back in 1981, when a local station ran OL, and none of my recordings have the flaws you mention. Of course, that was quite a long time ago... NECRONOMICON, all-instrumental electronic music inspired by H.P.Lovecraft, now available on c-60 cassette. E-mail StoOdin101@aol.com for details.

Well, I beg to differ but I think that ALOT of the 2nd season episodes were good. My all time favorite was "Demon With A Glass Hand". Many agree with me on that one. Another one that I liked was "The Duplicate Man" although it is a bit dated. The year 1986 is mentioned in that episode, and when it was made (1964), 1986 was considered the future. :-) > -Patrick- -------------------==== Posted via Deja News ====----------------------- http://www.dejanews.com/ Search, Read, Post to Usenet
