1998-01-04 00:00:00 - Q. the "Criminal Nature" ep. - (Peter Petrisko <ptp@primenet.com>)

The 1st 4th season ep features "mutated genetically-altered kids" causing havoc... Hasn't the nOL done this before? I vaguely remember a mutated kid running around & causing trouble. I think he was kept in the basement? Anybody? I hope this ep is the exception, and we don't get another genetics-heavy season. Not that I didn't like last season's genetics eps, some were very well done. But let's move on, already...

This might be a sequel to it, in the same way that "Light Brigade" was a sequel to "Quality of Mercy"! A sequel to Unnatural Selection?!?!? Wasn't the first one bad enough? -- Mike Horne mike@whispers.demon.co.uk * http://www.whispers.demon.co.uk "They say life is a river..."

Now that you mention it, I kinda remember that episode too. Husband and wife have child using outlawed/imperfect science? Doesn't the child escape and eat the neighbors or something? / / / 0 0 ' /

This new ep sure looks like a sequel; clips show the mutants as very similar to the mutants in the first ep, and we were told in that show that their "Criminal Nature" was increased along with their strength. The child looks suspiciously like a mutant in a Tales From The Crypt episode, the one where the circus mutant falls in love with a mummy. Maybe there was some crossover ... / / 0 0 ' /
