Spam, like the Borg, adapts; one must constantly change. 'Nuff said. The last airdate for this season will be May => 16th. I've listed the remaining airdates below. Fox could still => change these, but with only a handful of eps left to air, I doubt => they will change them. => => Shannen Well, Shannen, as I said before, it must be an amazing show of faith in how the show is doing. On each previous sweeps period, FOX has always pulled SLIDERS and run something else for a week or two. => April 11, 1994: "The Other Slide of Darkness."(new ep) => April 18, 1997: "Paradise Lost" (rerun) => April 25, 1997: "Slither." (new ep) => May 2, 1997: "Dinoslide." (new ep) => May 9, 1997: "Stoker." (new ep) => May 16, 1997: "The Other Slide of Paradise."(new ep) Well, your info appears to be spot on. Of course, it is subject to last-minute changes. But that would be beyond your power to foresee or control. :} Thanks for the info. James -- People keep telling me that I need help. I have to tell them that it's taken me this long to get it just the way I like it and I'm sure that well-meaning mental health professionals would only screw things up.

Well, according to a friend of mine who works for Fox, the chance of Sliders getting renewed looks very good. The official word on Fox's new fall schedule will be handed down to the press and advertisers on May 20th (although some shows, like King of the Hill and Party of Five, have already been officially renewed), and according to my friend, the inside buzz is that Sliders will probably be renewed(the ratings may not be great, but the show pulls in the desirable demo groups that the advertisers crave and Fox doesn't overlook things like that). Of course that's not official yet, so lets not break out the bubbly just yet. But we can keep our fingers crossed(and maybe keep them crossed that in the off season, the writers wake up and realize that and endless string of movie ripoffs is not the way to go.) Shannen
