Having problems replying to author on your posting "uk sliding". My Mail Administrator can't find your email address, so I'm posting my reply here. <paste> Hello Matthew I suggest: http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Lot/9053/ - warning! contains spoilers to future episodes! http://www.mca.com/tv/sliders/ and click on netforum - same warning! Sliders was first shown in the UK in 1996 on Sky. BBC2 showed the first season of ten (counting the pilot as two episodes) in October 1996 on Friday at 6pm. After that (due to low ratings here in the UK) they didn't pick up the second season. They are repeating the first season now. Sliders continued with an excellent second season and a somewhat lack-lustre third season (they tried to turn it into a all-action, all-adventure series in season three). I'm afraid I don't know whether or not BBC have picked up seasons two or three as yet. A few months ago FOX cancelled Sliders although it has now been picked up by the SciFi channel. Apparently, filming of the fourth season begins on the 16th (last I heard) with the fourth season due to start in March 1998 in the US. (I get all this stuff from the above addresses). Season three is currently being repeated on Sky One on Mondays at 10pm (not 15th). If you have any other questions, email me. Nice to see another UK SlidersFan! Kieran kmcnal@globalnet.co.uk Can you please check your email address: its good to see another UK SliderFan. Where abouts in the UK are you? I live in St Helens in Merseyside.
