Okay here we go, Nexus World where arrivals from other dimensions occur on a regular basis. The Sliders are not the only vistors, just one of many. This would be a chance for the sliders to mix with: Fantasy heroes, Star Trek Ripoffs, Dr. Science, etc. Upon arriving the Sliders are immediately captured by the athorities to keep them from causing trouble. This world may or may not havr the ability to send the sliders home. Psi World A significtant portion of the people in this world (25%?) have telepathic abilities. The Sliders don't need to explain themselves to the natives, they already know who the sliers are because they can read their thoughts. Brain World Oh no! They finally succeded! Pinky and the Brain rule this world and humans are all slaves to the mice! I could make more goofy suggestions, but lets knock these ones around for a while. Mark Kochis

It's way too early in the show's lifetime (a long one, I hope) to do this, but why not a world where Sliders are commonplace. Maybe because of some cosmic chance, all Sliders pass through this world. Maybe it's just that the Quinn from this world took his idea and ran with it, turning Sliding into an amusement ride or something (of course, here the timer never backfired on anyone), so that everyone does it. You'd be surprised what a good show can do with bad ideas. Take the episode of Star Trek:TNG when they are changed into children. Really dumb idea, but they made it into a decent episode. Don't discount any episode idea until you've seen it done. -Brad

An episode of "FREAKAZOID!" that involved time travel had him going back in time, inadvertantly altering the course of history, and returning to encounter President Brain, travelling in Air Force One. The writers working in "Amblin"''s animation studio are among the brightest, wittiest, and most literate writers in the business; chances are, just about anything you can think of, they've already done, and have eleven more imaginative variations in stock, ready to go.
