Responding to: ALL For those of you who've seen Exodus part II (I guess that's what it called), was there any knowledge that he was leaving the show? When I heard the commercial that "one of them will make the ultimate sacrific," I assumed it was just another hogwash thing where they get hurt and healed all dandy. When he died and was left on the exploded Earth I was shocked. He was the reason I watched the show. Why did he leave, and did they plan this two part series just for him to make a exit? Origin: Star's End * 314-432-8031 * @121.FILEnet

Can you say money? Knew you could. Nothing else justifies taking two-hours to deal with these events, too much "lets waste some time" stuff in this episode. HE was the one who decided to leave. In fact, they established this fact in an earlier episode where Arturo was having a brain scan and conferred to Quinn that he was dying from an incurable disease, and had but a few months left.

Did you actually see Part II where Arturo dies? I taped Part I, and then the next Friday came before I watched it, and got preoccupied and forgot to tape the next week. I figured "oh well", until I watched it (Part I) a month or so later and realized I really goofed! What can you or anyone tell me about how he died and what it was like?

He gets shot in slow motion by Rickman.

Arturo got stuck in the neck by Roger Daultry's needle, and thendied. then they left his on the planet which then exploded (just so there would be no doubt). I dont know why he (the actor) left, tho. do you? (DeeCee523) PS.. I think he could come back and join them as an Arturo from an alternate universe.
