2000-03-22 00:00:00 - About TIWTA - (drumboys@aol.compizzaboy)

Just to let you know: Being "inducted" into TIWTA has absolutely nothing to do with how long you've been posting, or who you know! It is all about someone striking us as resonating with a certain character. Of course it helps if you've been posting for a while so we can get a feel for you. But even that doesn't always help. Some people have characters that jump out right away, and others take a lot longer to place. So if we haven't written you up yet, don't think it's because we aren't thinking of you, OK? Oh, and some of you we do have characters for, we just haven't gotten around to writing you up yet. -- Drumboys is brought to you by Fiver, Shammie, Wave, and Chris. And me, Sock!!

LOL Michele, I dont really know another word to describe a course, it was a training thingy with some other people. It was *so* interesting (I'm being sarcastic here) on how to help blind and disabled people do their shopping. Anything that anyone with 1/8 of a brain could work out for themselves, but no, we had to sit through videos, booklets and then put on glasses to make us feel blind and lead each other around! I think I now have about 50 eps on tape plus another 6 on the way from Doreen, bless her heart and her VCR <g> and I got a tape from Steve this week which I have yet to watch. Lisa
