Its name means"forest man" in Indo-Aryan. It is one of the many variations on the Yeti and similar to the Mande Barung.

Description

The Ban-Manush is 4-5 feet tall and covered in grayish hair. Its face, hands and feet are similar to that of a humans. It is aggressive and known for carrying away both men and woman.

Sightings

Tracks of the Ban-Manush have been found in fields near forests and in snow.
