The Wamp (Caudasal lakeshorekearni) is a Fearsome Critters|fearsome critter from American Folklore.
Description
The Wamp is around the same size of a raccoon with a gray body shaped like a salt sack. It has a hollow tail with a salt shaker at the end of it.
The Wamp goes around shaking salt at the roots of trees every few miles, which deer love to lick up. They would then tell the other deer about it. Deer hunters would track down Wamps as that would mean more deer in the area.
