After he was banished by the System Lords, Sokar conquered the planet and made it his homeworld, where he ruled until he was killed by the explosion of Netu. {{Cite|SG1||The Devil You Know}}In the aftermath of Sokar's death, Apophis later took control of the world, establishing himself as a liberator who freed them from a tyrant and an unjust god with Sokar's remaining forces quickly pledging their loyalty to him, ruling there until his own death in 2001. Apophis was killed when a Cronus' Ha'tak|Ha'tak filled with Replicators, which he was aboard, crashed into the planet after SG-1 sabotaged the vessel's sublight drives.
