Hatana is an Aturen Ambassador, who's from the House of the Stars. He's the Aturen Councilor on the Council of Haven.
Biography
Background information
Hatana was one of the first Aturen explorers to make contact with the Phoenix Alliance. He is the Aturen diplomat on the Council of Haven (town)|Haven and is Ambassador Ashlee Kelley's most stalwart ally in the Council. He believes in soft power, extending the hand of friendship or the use of trade. He shares resources and information freely and tends to vote along with either the Emissary Tolii or Kelley. 2003
In 2003, Ambassador Hatana arrived at Phoenix Site with several other Aturens and the Nox Tiana, after Tiana had spoken with the Aturen Parliament about sending assistance to the Site. However, the Parliament's opinions on supporting the Phoenix Alliance had changed. {{Cite|RPG2|United}}
