Karrok of the High Plains was the First Prime of Heru'ur.

Biography
2005
While leading Heru'ur's forces against the forces of Montu, which were lead by Gerak, his armies were defeated. In front of Ger'ak, Karrok told him "There is more honor in dying at the hands of a brother than there is killing a would-be friend." Gerak then killed Karrok, but later said that he was a fool who didn't deserve such an honorable death. {{Cite|SG1|Origin}}
