Kreshnor is a planet in Milky Way galaxy which has a Stargate. Kreshnor is populated by Tau'ri slaves.

History
Early Goa'uld rule
The planet formerly belonged to Goa'uld System Lord Ba'al, he abandoned Kreshnor when its resources were exhausted. Stargate has not been active since Ba'al abandoned planet. The capital Denkh is the central square of the society on the planet. Kreshnor is a barren and inhospitable world there are seven smaller cities on the planet that is close to those few remaining water sources between desolate landscape that stretches for miles. Kreshnor controlled by the King Mekish IV which keeps control of a unique entity "Horizon Line."

Life on Kreshnor is hard and agriculture and other basic activities dominate. Indigenous people still worship Ba'al by their religion that has grown rapidly over the centuries. The festivities were getting limited by birth, harvest festivals and other handfuls holy days. No one questions the king rule or a hand to lead civilization.
