Omal is the leader of the Bola Kai, a group of cannibalistic Humans from the Pegasus galaxy. 

Biography

In 2007, he led his people to New Athos, where Michael Kenmore had recently culled the Athosians. When his warriors captured Teyla Emmagan and Dr. Jennifer Keller, they were brought before him.
