The People of Himmel are a race of Earth derived humans from the planet Himmel. They are descended from a group of  Nazis who came to the planet for conquest sixty years ago. The people fought against System Lord Nirrti and managed to drive her ​​away from Himmel and took control of the planet. The victorious Nazis began to build a colony on the planet with a population of more than one hundred thousand. They  built a capital upon the infrastructure of Nirrti's old capital city and christened the city Neuberlin.
