The University of California, Berkeley is a university located on Earth in Berkeley, California. Dr. Nicholas Rush was a Professor at Berkley before joining the Stargate Program. He taught a Quantum physics|quantum cryptography class that dealt with Shor's algorithm. While there, Rush and his wife, Gloria Rush, became friends with a faculty member named Constance.
